FAQs

What does working together with you look like?

I operate as an extension of your team - you can even assign me a company email. Normally, we set up bi-weekly alignment calls to keep initiatives moving in the right direction, with office hours and additional 1 on 1s with your team if necessary.

Many companies I work with are remote, but if we're local, I can arrange in-person meeting times.

What does fractional mean?

A part-time, flexible leadership role based on your organization’s needs.

Do you have an in-house team?

No.* Instead, I will work with you to resource your implementation, including leading/training an in-house hire, sourcing vendors from my own network, etc - whatever makes the most sense for your business.

*For website projects, I do work with a vetted vendor list and oversee every aspect of the project.

Why hire a fractional expert vs an agency?

We can scale up or down quickly (month-to-month) based on your needs - don't feel pressured by unbreakable retainers.
